The staff are excellent people especially at the reception desk and especially the reception named Diego.

Recently updated rooms that are comfy and come with a minibar 🛏️. Smooth check-in process and quick check-out.

Great hotel, absolutely nothing to complain about. We were there during Carnival, and there was a huge fanfare playing loud music in the square right in front of the hotel when we came back at like 2 in the morning, so I thought we wouldnt be able to sleep at all. But to my surprise, one couldnt hear a thing from the hotel! Best soundproof room ever!

The staff were very helpful and offered guidance. The private parking was on-site, efficient service. The facilities were good too. Location: the hotel was very close to all the good restaurants near the harbour great, close to means transportation and the tram stop.

The staff, especially Diego at the reception desk, are kind and helpful. the breakfast offers a great selection of meals and is excellent. - the location is marvelous, fabulous, and close to main attractions like Plaza de Espana and stores.

Antonio on reception was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed having the rooftop jacuzzi to ourselves!!

Nothing. Perfect stay. The only thing we would add is a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as the room service stops at 10 pm and sometimes its nice to have a hot drink before bed.

Just a minor comment - the lobby internet is free, however you need to ask the reception for user name/password for 30 minute access each time. This might be communicated clearly in advance for the hotel facilities.

This hotel has a great location, close to everything a tourist needs to see in this city. It's within walking distance to the old town, port, city center, tram stops, bus station, and ferry/cruise terminal. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is good quality, varied, and plentiful.

The hotel could improve by providing complimentary coffee and a kettle in the rooms.

Help from the staff for area advice and trips was awesome.

The breakfast staff on one day was awefull,rude and did not want to be there. Also the hot tub was never on and I spent 3days trying to heat it with no staff helping at all. So I was unable to use it, I jumped in the cold water for 10mins and unlucky for me, got an ear infection.

Good price for value. New hotel, clean, tidy, good staff and confortable for visiting the city and island.

The hotel's central location was very convenient, as it was just a few meters away from the pedestrian area. the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and nice, making the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient. One more advantage was the free wifi, which was fast and reliable.

The room I stayed in had a lack of natural light, which made it quite dark even during the day. the decor of the room, with dark brown wooden panels and off-white wallpaper, added to the gloomy atmosphere.

Absurdly overprised internet. The so called free internet in the lobby blocks VPN connections. A state of the art hotel offers free internet!
